Práce pojednává o konceptu neutrality v mezinárodním prostředí. Zaměřuje se na případovou studii politicky neutrálního státu Rakouska, které se k neutralitě přihlásilo v roce 1955. Důsledkem dynamických změn v mezinárodním systému po druhé světové válce, studené válce a globalizaci, prošla rakouská neutralita vnitřními modifikacemi. Práce si klade za úkol popsat vývoj těchto změn a určit, zda se Rakousko má považovat za zemi s trvalou nebo formální neutralitou.

This bachelor thesis deals with the concept of neutrality in an international environment. It is focused on a case study of a politically neutral country Austria, which has entered neutrality in 1955. Austrian neutrality gets through internal modifications as a result of the dynamic changes in the international system after World War II, the Cold War and globalization. Thesis aims to describe the evolution of these changes and determine whether Austria should be considered as a country with permanent or formal neutrality.
