Aim of this subject is to provide orientation and understanding of basic categories and terms of legal regulation of public contracts and concessions in the EU. This course is mainly intended for foreign law students of the University of West-Bohemia.

Students will be able to:
- analyze the public administration in terms of material and formal
conception.
- distinguish subjects and executors of public administration.
- describe organize structure of public administration in Czech Republic.
- distinguish and analyze particular forms of public administration activities.
- analyze particular institutes of administrative procedure.
- specify essential principles of administrative punishment.
- analyze particular kinds of control mechanism within public administration activities and controls of public administration itself.
