Annotation Existují ozbrojené konflikty, tzv. asymetrické konflikty, v nichž bojuje mnohonásobně vojensky silnější mocnost s nepoměrně slabším protivníkem a prohraje.
Annotation in English There are many armed conflicts, so-salled asymmetric conflicts, in which superior military power is fighting against much weaker enemy and it lose. The theory of political vulnerability explains how it is possible that weak non-state actor can win in war against much stronger state adversary. Terrorism is considered to be one of many strategies used by the weak non-state actor in asymmetric conflict. One example of an asymmetric conflict is the armed confrontation between Israel (Israeli Defense Forces) and Hizballah organization. Although terrorist tactics are currently not a part of Hizballah´s strategy, it has been using it for almost two decades.
