Má bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám celkovou problematikou spinálních pacientů. Doplňující materiály jsou obsaženy v příloze. Na začátku mé teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie páteře a míchy. Dále se zabývám poraněním míchy a komplikacemi, které vznikají po poranění míchy. Další součást mé práce patří vozíkům, jejich historii, dělení a stavbě.
Hlavní součástí mé bakalářské práce jsou kazuistiky, které jsou umístěny v praktické části. Kazuistiky obsahují základní údaje o pacientovi, diagnózu, vyšetření, TČT, KEP, DEP. Dále jsou zde popsány kompenzační pomůcky, ze kterých se nejvíce věnuji vozíkům. Vozíky jsou objektivně posouzeny jednotlivými pacienty v rozhovoru. V závěru se zabývám výzkumnou činností, kde jsou uvedeny hypotézy, metody výzkumu a výsledky hypotéz.
Annotation in English
My bachelor work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part you could take up with the general problems of spinal patiens. You will find the additional materials in the supplement of the work. At the beginning of the theoretical part I describe the anatomy of the spine and the spinal cord. I am interested in the spinal cord injury and their complications assosiated with the injury. Another part of my work is directed on the description of wheelchairs, their history, their types and their construction.
In the main part of my bachelor work you are able to read the case reports, which you can find in the practical part. The case reports include basic information about the patient, the diagnosis, the examination, his therapeutic activities and techniques, the short-term occupational therapy plan and the long-term occupational therapy plan. I will also describe the wheelchair as an alternative aid. In the bachelor part you will find an interview with the clients, who advise the wheelchairs in the real life. At the end of the work I am interested in research activities, which include the hypotheses, the research methods and the results of the hypotheses.
