Budoucnost multimediálních systémů patří interaktivním technologiím, jakou může být televizní vysílání skrze počítačové sítě, proto je tato práce zaměřena na jednu z variant ze širokého spektra možností IPTV a na některé služby, které jsou s tímto tématem úzce spjaty. Základním tématem je prostý přenos televizního vysílání z digitálního pozemního vysílání DVB-T skrze počítačovou síť.
Cílem této práce je realizace multimediálního centra a klientské stanice pro sledování a ovládání poskytovaných služeb. Centrum má za úkol přejímat signál z digitálního pozemního vysílání, zpracovávat jej a dále posílat skrze IP síť. Jelikož v praxi je potřeba přenášet data nižší rychlostí než je původní, kvůli nepříznivým parametrům spojení, je k tomuto problému v práci přihlíženo a vytvořeno vhodné řešení. Další část se soustřeďuje na zobrazení televizního vysílání na straně klienta na různých platformách či zařízeních a jejich možného ovládání.

The future of multimedia systems includes interactive technologies, such as a telecasting via computer networks. This work focuses on one of the option from a wide range of possibilities of IPTV and on some services which are closely linked with this issue. The basic theme is a simple transmission of telecasting from a digital television terrestrial broadcasting DVB-T via a computer network.
The aim of this work is the implementation of the multimedia center and client station for watching and control of provided services. The center aims to take over the signal from a digital terrestrial broadcasting, process it and then send it through the IP network. Whereas it is necessary to transfer data at lower speed than the original due to poor connection parameters in practice, is this problem taken into an account with a suitable solution in the work. Another section focuses on the view of the television broadcasting on the client´s side with a different platform and other devices and their possible control.
