Annotation	Obsah práce je rozdělen na dvě části. Teoretickou, kde jsou všeobecné informace jako charakteristika, historie, základní pravidla florbalu, charakteristika žáků věkové kategorii 10 ? 14 let, metodika a charakteristika herních činnosti jednotlivce. Druhá část obsahuje popsání vytvořeného tréninkového programu a jeho ověření v praxi, popis testovací baterie, ukázky tréninkových jednotek a interpretaci výsledků.
Annotation in English	The content of the study is divided into two parts. The theoretical one where general information as the characteristics, the history, the basic rules of floorball, the characteristics of pupils age 10 ? 14, the methodology and the characteristics of training playing skills of individuals. The second part contains the description of compilation of the training program and its examination and practice, the description of test battery, the exhibition of training units and the interpretation of the results.

The content of the study is divided into two parts.
