Annotation	Práce se zaměřuje na postavení znalce v civilním řízení. Shrnuje práva a povinnosti znalce, výstupy ze znalecké činnosti, odměňování, odpovědnost znalců s přihlédnutím ke slovenské právní úpravě. Práce reflektuje současnou právní úpravu a bere v úvahu její následný vývoj.
Annotation in English	The subject matter of the thesis is legal expert and his position in civil procedure.This thesis is based on the valid legal regulation with taking account of the future progress which is represented especially by the prepared law of subscribed experts.The last part of this thesis compares the Czech and Slovak legal regulation.
