Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou stanovištní druhové preference potočnic rodu Branchiobdella na raku kamenáči a zhodnotit zastoupení jednotlivých druhů potočnic na různých částech těla raka. Snahou bylo zaznamenat četnost jednotlivých druhů potočnic ve sledovaných tocích a vyhodnotit délkovou strukturu všech druhů potočnic.
Výzkum probíhal v roce 2013 na osmi lokalitách severních a západních Čech s prokázaným výskytem raka kamenáče. Za účelem získání vzorku raků pro odběr potočnic bylo odchyceno 120 jedinců. Všechny zjištěné parametry byly podrobeny statistickému hodnocení.

The aim of this study was to determine what are the habitat preferences of the Branchiobdella genus on stone crayfish and to assess the distribution of individual types of Branchiobdellae on different body parts of the crayfish. The aim was to record the occurence of different types of Branchiobdellae in the monitored streams and to assess length structure of all kinds of Branchiobdellae.
The research was conducted in 2013 in eight areas of northern and western Bohemia with the proven occurrence of stone crayfish. In order to get a sample of Branchiobdellae a sample of 120 crayfish individuals was taken. All the determined parameters were subjected to statistical assessment.
