Téma této práce je Hromadné ztráty a jejich specifika pro zasahující zdravotnický personál. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou.V teoretické části je snaha o vysvětlení pojmů hromadné ztráty, neštěstí, katastrofy, úkoly medicíny katastrof a něco z její historie. Dalším bodem se objasňuje důležitá a nenahraditelná funkce Integrovaného záchranného systému a jeho složek. Dále se pojednává o informacích postupů zdravotnické záchranné služby na místě mimořádné události , úkolům jednotlivých článků a následné nemocniční neodkladné péči.V následující kapitole jde o zaměření na algoritmus C- ABCDE a popis jednotlivých bodů. Poslední kapitola se věnuje specifikům hromadných ztrát, které jsou důležitou částí této práce.Praktická část je zaměřena na zpracování dotazníků a jejich vyhodnocení. V těchto dotaznících jde o zjištění znalosti třídící metody Triage a zda nelékařský zdravotnický personál zná své kompetence při poskytování pomoci.

The theme of this thesis is Mass loss and their specifics for performing the medical staff. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.In the theoretical part attempting and explanation of the concepts of mass loss, accident, disaster, the tasks of medicine of disaster and something of it's history. Another point is to clarify the importance and ineplaceable function of the Integrated rescue system and its parts. Furthermore there is an information about the procedures for the emergency medical services on the place of incident, the tasks of the individual parts and follow-hospital emergency care. The following chapter is focused on the algorithms C- ABCDE and a description of the individual poins.The last chapter deals with the specifications of the mass losses which are an important part of the thesis.
The practical part is focused on the processing of the questionnaires and their evaluation. There is a try to find knowledge of the sorting method name Triage and if' the nondoctor medical staff knows their competence in the provision of assistance.
