V teoretické části práce je představena Griceova koncepce jazyka spolu s myšlenkou, že sci-fi žánr utváří naši představu o budoucnosti. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu vybraných komunikačních schémat ze sci-fi literatury, v nichž alespon jeden vystupující je UI. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, zda je možné na základě rozboru komunikačních schémat po vzoru Griceovy teorie komunikace označit umělou inteligenci za nositele intence a zároveň zjistit, zda vzbuzuje schopnost komunikace takové entity v člověku nedůvěru v případech, kdy s ní v rozhovoru interaguje.

The first aim of the present thesis is to determine whether it is possible to designate an AI as a rational being based on the communication schemes in which they participate. This is done according to Grice's conception of language. The second goal is to investigate whether the AI's ability to communicate provokes negative feelings in humans when they communicate with it. The theoretical background comprises of the Grice's theory of language. An assumption that sci-fi participates at forming our vision of future is made. The practical section deals with the analysis of selected communication models from sci-fi literature in accordance with Grice's conception of communication.

Research Plan
Cílem práce bude aplikace teorie jazyka Paula Herberta Grice na komunikační modely umělé inteligence (UI),
které jsou prezentovány ve vybraných dílech sci-fi žánru. Nejprve bude vyložena Griceova filosofie jazyka, zejména intencionální pojetí významu,
princip kooperace, konverzační maximy a implikatury. Dále budou popsány a interpretovány trendy a způsoby zpodobování UI a její komunikace
v žánru sci-fi. Následně budou pomocí Griceových teoretických konceptů analyzovány v jednotlivých dílech konkrétní komunikační situace,
v nichž je alespoň jedním aktérem UI.
Diplomantka bude pracovat s primární a sekundární literaturou v českém a anglickém jazyce.
Při psaní práce bude používat metody překladu, analýzy, interpretace, syntézy a komparace.
Diplomantka bude při zpracování postupovat v souladu s platným Rozhodnutím děkana o požadavcích na bakalářské a diplomové práce a o konání státních závěrečných zkoušek.
Studentka bude respektovat Upozornění proděkana na zásady přejímání myšlenek, údajů či textů jiných autorů.
Své výsledky bude studentka pravidelně konzultovat s vedoucím práce.
