Annotation Cílem diplomové práce bylo sledovat vliv dvou vybraných těžkých kovů zinku a mědi na fenotyp sladkovodní zelené řasy Desmodesmus armatus v laboratorních podmínkách. V průběhu experimentu byly sledovány a zdokumentovávány reakce předem stanovených parametrů cenobia, a to: šířka a výška jedné buňky v cenobiu, šířka celého cenobia, rozpětí ostnů v rámci jedné krajní buňky, rozpětí ostnů mezi krajními buňkami a délka ostnů. Všechna data byla statisticky zpracována a vyhodnocena. Výsledky naznačují, že působením zinečnatých i měďnatých iontů docházelo ke snížení počtu buněk v cenobiu. Použité koncentrace dvoumocného zinku i dvoumocné mědi neměly vliv na změnu parametrů buněk a cenobia D. armatus.
Annotation in English The aims of this master thesis were to observe the influence of two heavy metals zinc and copper on the phenotype of the freshwater green alga Desmodesmus armatus in laboratory conditions. During the experiment, predefined coenobial parameters were monitored and also documented: the cell width and cell height, the width of the entire cenobium, the spine span on the same coenobium cell, the spine span between two periferic cells and the lenght of a spine. All the data were statistically processed and evaluated, too. The results pointed out to the facts that the presence of zinc and copper ions in the culture medium reduced the number of cells in the cenobium. The influence of divalent zinc and divalent copper on cell and coenobial parameters of D. armatus was not observed.
