Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma historický vývoj vzniku a geneze továrny v Dubí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována historickému vzniku továrny v Dubí a jejímu vývoji pod vedením bývalých majitelů továrny. Jednotlivé podkapitoly popisují zásadní změny v genezi továrny. Důležitou podkapitolou je zde kapitola Světový kontext ostatních manufaktur nebo továren, kde se čtenář dozví o vlivu míšeňské manufaktury na výrobu cibuláku v dubské porcelánce. Praktická část je zaměřena
na znalosti obyvatel města Dubí o historických faktech vzniku Český porcelán, a. s., které byly prověřeny dotazníkovou metodou.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the historical development of the establishment
and the genesis of Dubí porcelain factory. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the historical establishment of the factory in Dubí and
its development under the governance of the former owners of the company. The individual sub-chapters describe fundamental changes in the factory genesis. The chapter entitled
"The world context of other manufactories or factories" is an important sub-chapter where
the reader learns about the influence of Meissen's manufactory on the cibulák production
in the factory in Dubí. The practical part focuses on the inhabitants of Dubí and their knowledge of historical facts connected to the establishment of Český porcelán a.s. Their knowledge was verified through the questionnaire survey.
