Cílem této práce je zlepšení procesů a prostorového uspořádání pracoviště. K tomu je zapotřebí znát jednotlivé prvky štíhlého podniku, o kterých se v této práci podrobněji pojednává. Dodržováním těchto metod je dosažena značná eliminace základních typů plýtvání, které jsou v práci detailně popsány. Využití těchto principů štíhlého managementu se uplatní v praktické části této práce, která je plněna ve výrobní firmě. Hlavním úkolem je celková analýza montážního pracoviště, identifikace plýtvání a ergonomických problémů. Nejdůležitější částí jsou samotné návrhy na zefektivnění výroby, jak z hlediska plýtvání, tak z hlediska prostorového uspořádání.

The goal of this thesis is to improve processes and spatial organization of the workplace. This requires knowing the individual elements of lean management, on which this work discussed. Following these methods achieve elimination of any waste, which is also described. Compliance with these methods is achieved substantial elimination of the basic types of waste that are at work as well. The use of these principles of lean management is applied in practical part of this work, which is elaborated in a manufacturing company. The main task is the overall analysis of assembly workplace, identification of waste and ergonomic problems. The most important part is the proposals for more effective production, both in terms of waste and in terms of spatial organization.
