Diplomová práce se zpočátku zabývá legislativou spolků v České republice, a vztahem mezi spolky a sportem. Práce byla zaměřena také na právní postavení profesionálních sportovců v našem právním řádu, především z pohledu právního postavení sportovců ve vztahu ke spolkům. V závěru práce je popsán konkrétní volejbalový klub a smlouva, kterou tento klub uzavírá s hráči volejbalu.
Annotation in English
The diploma thesis deals at first with the legislation of the association in the Czech Republic, as well as the relationship between the association and the sport. The thesis was oriented also on legal status of professional athletes in our legal system, mainly from the point of view of the legal position of athletes in relations with associations. In the end of the thesis is described the concrete volleyball club and the contract, which this club concludes with the volleyball players.
