Diplomová práce popisuje postup návrhu projektové dokumentace pro rodinné domy, definuje základní pojmy, stupně projektové dokumentace a podrobněji vysvětluje postup tvorby dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Dále je provedeno seznámení se sběrnicovými systémy inteligentní elektroinstalace KNX, Control 4 a MyHome. V rámci praktické části diplomové práce je proveden modelový projekt pro inteligentní nízkoenergetický dům. Projekt je vypracován na základě teoretických znalostí získaných při tvorbě této práce.

Diploma thesis describes the procedure of creating a project documentation for family houses. It defines the basic concepts, stages and explains the procedure of creation of a documentation for construction work. Furthermore, it familiarizes with bus systems of intelligent wiring, such as KNX, Control 4 and MyHome. In the practical part, a model project for a smart low-energy house is executed. The project is based on theoretical knowledge gained during the creation of this diploma thesis.
