Annotation Práce se zabývá konceptem serious games a jeho využitím ve vzdělávání. V práci je uvedeno, co serious games znamenají, v jakých odvětvích se používají a v jakých předmětech ve výuce je možné je použít. Je uveden příklad využití ve vzdělávání v ČR a v zahraničí. Jako součást práce byla vytvořena hra na konceptu serious games s pojmy z technické výchovy. Hra byla vyzkoušena na základní škole. Z toho vychází případová studie, která je součástí práce.
Annotation in English This thesis concentrates on the concept of serious games and its current use in the education system in the Czech Republic as well as aboard. The introduction part elaborates on the definition of serious games and some of the issues related of different explications of the term. One of the chapters is devoted to use of serious games in various sectors.The next chapter focuses on the use of serious games in education. There are examples for the use in the Czech Republic and aboard. Last part of the thesis includes a production of game based on serious games concept in Stencyl program.The game was tested at school during the Computer Science classes at 7th grade.

Práce se zabývá konceptem serious games a jeho využitím ve vzdělávání. V práci je uvedeno, co serious games znamenají, v jakých odvětvích se používají a v jakých předmětech ve výuce je možné je použít. Je uveden příklad využití ve vzdělávání v ČR a v zahraničí. Jako součást práce byla vytvořena hra na konceptu serious games s pojmy z technické výchovy. Hra byla vyzkoušena na základní škole. Z toho vychází případová studie, která je součástí práce.
