Key learning outcomes The graduates show the knowledge and understanding of applied mathematics, physics, chemistry, theory of electrical engineering, measurement systems, materials and production technologies in electrical engineering, components of electrical engineering, electric machines and devices, electric power engineering, audio-visual technology and regulation technology. They also show the knowledge and understanding in the areas of management, business, economy, standardization and legislation. The graduates understand the issues of computer technology. Individually they are able to search for important information related to the issues, study the technical literature, interpret it and use it for solution of the problem of chosen topic, and finally to create extensive technical text. The graduates can have basic conversation in English. They are able to solve problems within the scope of the field of their study, to show the innovation in used methods, and give and support the arguments for their solution of the problems. The graduates can take the responsibility for the administrative plan, management of means and teams within the study and work context which requires solving of complicated problems. They are able to evaluate their study results and disposition in relationship to the choice of their further professional development.
